Makenna gets a little more relaxed every day. She is still attached to me like velcro but will venture a little bit holding my hand. She can't walk by herself but can do ok holding one hand. I can tell she has not had much practice at being on the ground :) There is so much to tell about China and Nanchang but you really want to see pictures and that is about all I have time for while she sleeps!

The adjustment is hard- I can see it in the pictures. Soon she will be smiling a lot when she is home with her brother and sister that can't wait for her. She also has a Nana that can't wait to hug&kiss those chubby cheeks just like you had Dana. I can already see her running around the yard with the other kids and enjoying the hayless ride Love, Nana

Found you at RQ. I see you went to the Teng Wang Pavillion. My second niece from China is from Nanchang (the first is from Guangdong) and we were there last June to get her.
Enjoy your time. Hope it isn't as hot there as it was in the summer! The coolest we could get our room was 24c. That was with the air conditioning on 24/7 and a fan!
